The Leadership Training and Support Team at Pioneer RESA provides services and resources to assess the educational leadership needs of member systems and to deliver professional learning addressing the identified needs. We offer knowledge and skills for school leaders to optimize conditions that result in student achievement by focusing on results. Programs are available to help current and aspiring school leaders to build their capacity to enhance student learning and to create success for their schools. Opportunities are provided for cohorts of school leaders to support each other. Pioneer RESA offers In Search of Leaders, a customized leadership development program designed to assist local school systems with leadership identification, development and succession planning.
